Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order before the order is dispatched without giving any reason for doing so. In case of any cancellation after dispatch, Forward & Return Shipping Charges will be borne by you. In order to exercise your right of cancellation. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your order cancellation notice, in case the product is not dispatched. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back in the warehouse, in case of an order is canceled after dispatch, after deducting forward & return shipping charges. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds / Replacement

We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions

  • Wrong Product shipped by us.
  • The product received is defective.
  • In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by raising a support ticket at within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
  • No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.

Amount to be refunded

  • If you receive one or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only product value, no shipping charges will be refunded.
  • If you receive the entire shipment as wrong or defective, we will refund your product value as well as shipping charge

When can I expect Refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In most cases, It takes 7 days to get refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
