Processing your order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Does Kiddie Choice ships its products all over India?

Kiddie Choice ships its products to almost all parts of India.

How much time does it take to get the item delivered? 

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping. However, items weighing over 2 KG or high volume may take a couple of days more. For some areas, the products will be shipped through the Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

How can I track my order?

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive mail from us within 48 hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
